There’s always that delicious smell inside of the Math hallway, and let me tell you that would be Angela Fosco’s Intro to Culinary class, located inside the Demon Deli. As the name implies, the class is one that teaches you all the most important basics on how to cook and bake things to perfection. From learning knife skills, to learning what each and every single component in baking does, and how to make the best tasting food ever! At least, not better than Grandma’s cooking.

When asked how students taking her class feel, Roan August Anderson answered how he just likes food, and loves making it all the time. And in Fosco’s class, you’re almost always making such fun meals. Currently, their class is making galettes, and they’re enjoying it every step of the way. DeMarco Baal talked about how great Fosco is in the classroom too, and that everyone always locks in when they enter the kitchen.

Fosco herself is quite in love with the classroom environment itself, “It’s just fun because you get to eat”, says Fosco, stating how you’re always learning fun skills that you’ll undoubtedly be able to transfer to the real world, most specifically being knife skills. Fosco hopes that more people realize how fun AND crucial her class can be, and encourages YOU to take it!
