Durango High School hosted 18 teams at its Regional meet on Saturday, Jan. 31, welcoming competitors from across the region, including Cortez, Pagosa Springs, Telluride, and surrounding communities.
DHS had a strong showing, with the varsity team placing 1st overall and earning a bid to the state competition during spring break in Greeley. Two additional DHS teams also placed well, finishing 3rd and 5th overall.
