Demon Discussions | DHS Rocks, Lacrosse Matchups and Spring Break Countdown

Kara and Marley are back with another DHS update as we head into the final week before Spring Break. With big games, competitions, and one of the most exciting school events of the year, there’s a lot happening on campus.

Spring Sports Update
• Thursday, March 12: Boys Varsity Lacrosse vs. Telluride at home at 4:00 PM
• Thursday, March 12: Girls Varsity Lacrosse competing in Montrose
• Thursday, March 12: Boys JV Lacrosse vs. Telluride at 5:30 PM

Track and Field
On Friday, March 13, both JV and Varsity Track teams will be competing. Good luck to all of our runners, jumpers, and throwers representing DHS.

Baseball Update
The Boys C-Team competed against Aztec on March 10, and Varsity Baseball is heading to a tournament to face Piedra Vista.

DHS Rocks — March 13
One of the most exciting events of the year is here. DHS Rocks is our annual talent show and concert that raises money for DHS Cares. All funds go directly toward helping students and families in the DHS community who may be going through difficult times.

Be sure to watch the etiquette video in this broadcast so everyone knows how to keep the event fun, safe, and respectful.

Spring Break Countdown
Friday the 13th is the final day before Spring Break. Finish strong this week and get ready for a well-earned break.
