My name is Maddy Gleason and I attend Durango High School as a 10th grader. I love my dogs, Lego and Molly, and to be outside. I play tennis and I run, my passion in life is to help people, and I enjoy being with my friends, family, and animals. In my free time, I love to paint draw, read, and play music. I am a very opinionated person, and I love to share my ideas through writing and art. As a person, I consider my values to remain in a place of love, acceptance, and perseverance-always. I will always work as hard as I can to succeed. After all, I do thrive off success. I love school, and it is an important part of my life. Although I may not always have time to do everything I love, anything I have a passion for will be top priority. I absolutely love my summer job: I work with kids 7-12 as a counselor at Durango Day Camp. It makes me feel endless joy, and they are just so innocent and adorable! This year, I hope to gain friends, knowledge and wisdom as I complete my sophomore year at Durango High School.
